Reduced Course Load (RCL) Request

Note: If you have already started a request for the current term, please go to your User Home Page to continue working on your request. Do not start a new request.
To initiate a request, click here and login with Campus ID (use your CSP credentials). Requests can be found in the “Control Center” section of the request page.
- All students with an F-1 visa must enroll in a full course of study each required term.
- Fall and Spring semester are required for undergraduate and graduate students.
- Summer term is a required term for graduate students.
- Fall and Spring semester are required for undergraduate and graduate students.
- Both drops and withdrawals count against your full-time enrollment count.
- Exceptions must be approved by your academic advisor and approved in SEVIS BEFORE you drop or withdraw from your course.
- If you drop below full-time enrollment without first being authorized in SEVIS, your SEVIS record may be terminated.
- Students returning from a medical reduced course load who wish to enroll in CSP's health insurance plan must notify ISS by the enrollment deadline.
- A full course of study at Concordia is defined as:
