SEVIS Address and Phone Number Update

According to F-1 regulations, contact information changes must be reported within 10 days of the change.

Current Students:

• CSP ONLY address update:
  • To update your address with Concordia, go to CSP Connect and find the "Personal Data" card. Click on "Address Change - Student Only" to update your address.
• SEVIS address and phone number update:
  • Fill out the Contact Information Update Request to update your address or phone number in SEVIS. Please allow 3 business days for processing.

To initiate a request, click here and login with Campus ID (use your CSP credentials). Requests can be found in the “Control Center” section of the request page.

OPT and STEM OPT Students:
OPT and STEM OPT students MUST use the SEVP Portal to update their address and phone number in SEVIS. 

If you have a pending application with USCIS (OPT, STEM OPT, etc.), you must update your mailing address with USCIS here.
